Third-party inspection willingness (SGS, DNV, or equivalent) — will they schedule it around your audit dates?
API 6A/16C monogram alignment or an equivalent documented quality system (ISO 9001)
Lead time matched to your rig mobilization date, confirmed in writing, not verbally estimated
